Kehoe owns and operates a fleet of specialized rental equipment that has been adapted to the needs of marine construction. Our ability to provide the proper equipment allows us to complete work efficiently, on time, and safely. This combined with our expert sound advice, results in overall savings.
Our Fleet
Kehoe owns and maintains the largest fleet of tugs on the St. Lawrence River and Eastern Lake Ontario. In addition, we also own a complete fleet of sectional barges that can be disassembled, relocated and reassembled for work in remote locations.
Our site on the St. Lawrence River provides an ideal location to accept delivery of any material that needs to be barged. Our service area covers the St. Lawrence River from Cornwall to Trenton, as well as the eastern portion of Lake Ontario. We have access to multiple locations along the Cornwall – Trenton corridor to on-board your materials and get them to your site quickly and efficiently.

Our Tugs
At Kehoe we are proud to have a fleet of 10 tugs, ranging from 200HP to 650HP. All of our tugs are operated by licensed captain’s with 10+ years of river experience. We also have a fleet of 12 work boats, operated by experienced crew with marine specific safety training. -
Our Barges
We have small sectional barges for access anywhere a boat launch can be found. These units can be used as a stand-alone solution or linked together to form a platform large enough to accommodate a 150-tonne crane with winches and spud pockets for a full commercial lift project.

We also have 12+ stand-alone barges ranging from 16’x40’ up to 35’x100’. These barges are ideal for hauling all manner of materials from topsoil to large armour stone throughout the 1000 Islands and Eastern Lake Ontario.
