Built for Year Round Conditions
Kehoe floating structures are designed with continuous spiral welded steel tube floatation units. Standard wall thickness is 3/16”, which can be increased to ¼” for extended service life. If even more risk mitigation is required, we can fill the floats with expandable foam. Heavy duty steel floatation units give these floating structures a low centre of gravity, for long lifespan and excellent stability. Our silent hinge design ensures that users are not bothered by the creaking and groaning of docks from days gone by.

Options for Decking & Skirting
All floating structures come standard with premium pressure treated wood decking, Ipe and skirting. Decking and skirting may also be upgraded to cedar or composite material. -
Advanced Anchor System
Floating structures are anchored with a system of precast concrete or rock and soil anchors and chain. This anchoring system is installed to accommodate changing water levels, with little or no adjustment required and designed for required vessel loads. -
Maintaining Level
Custom designed floating structures accommodate for offset loads caused by ramps, buildings and electrical components, to maintain level structures. -
Utilities
Any Kehoe Marina project can be designed to incorporate a utility tray under the deck to allow for placement of water, electrical, CCTV and Wi-Fi cabling for any application.
